Module Reading Lists for 2023/24

by Simon Foote on 2023-03-13T15:18:01+00:00 | 0 Comments

The Library Reading List team are already planning for the delivery of resources to students in the new academic year starting in September. Digitised reading lists are a very important element of this approach to supporting University teaching. The University has agreed a reading lists policy which you can read in full here.

Reading List Policy

  • All modules must have a Library-created reading list (this could be one book, or many) which the Library will make available to students via ELE modules.
  • All reading lists for term 1 should be sent to the Reading List team as soon as possible, but by 5th May 2023 at the very latest for guaranteed completion in time for the start of term.

For modules taught at Exeter send your lists to: readinglists@exeter.ac.uk

For modules taught at Penryn send your lists to: digital@fxplus.ac.uk

It’s really important that we receive lists in plenty of time, as we may need to purchase new material or produce scans, both of which can take a while to undertake. Please also contact us even if you have no changes as we will need to check that links in lists are still valid. If you only have a draft list at this stage, do send it to us anyway and we will create a reading list that can be finalised nearer the start of or at any point during term one.

If you need help or advice, please contact the Library Reading List teams at

Exeter                  readinglists@exeter.ac.uk

Cornwall              digital@fxplus.ac.uk

There’s also plenty of additional information and guidance on our LibGuide.
