Borrowing from Devon Libraries

What can you borrow from Devon libraries?

Devon Libraries have a wide selection of books (fiction and non-fiction), films, magazines, information and music on offer. Over 400,000 titles are available! Browse their catalogue to discover more.

If what you’re looking for is out on loan, you can reserve your item for a small charge and they’ll let you know when it’s ready to collect from your local library.

eBooks, e-audiobooks and e-Magazines are also available to library members. These are free services available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Find out more about Borrowbox here

Joining Devon Libraries is completely free and gives you access to an unlimited supply of books (fiction and non-fiction), magazines, music, information, events and online resources. You can join by following this link.

All the libraries have computers that are free to use for up to two hours per day (for library members), as well free Wi-Fi* (excluding Chulmleigh Library). PC's can be book in advance.

There are no facilities to store data locally. You will need to bring a USB/writable CD/DVD or online storage system to save your work on. All libraries also offer high-quality printing services and the majority of Devon Libraries offer photocopying facilities for a small charge.

FabLab Devon offers an opportunity for individuals to develop their digital fabrication skills. The labs offer an array of flexible computer controlled machines that allow you to invent, make and share.
