Library Search

Search across the print and online collections for books, chapters, articles, journals and lots more. 


Library Search will help you discover books, journals, articles, audio visual material and more on your chosen topic. This is a good place to start when you are beginning to research a topic as you can draw on content from a variety of different sources.

Activities

  1. Start searching for books or journal articles on a topic that interests you
  2. Remember to login when you are using Library Search for full functionality - use your usual University email and password
  3. Use the filters in the Refine your Results column to work with your results
    1. Expand the Resource Type options to see the different types of content, e.g. articles, book chapters, books etc
    2. Use Creation Date to select a date range for your content, e.g. 2019-2023
    3. Use Location to see what is available in print in the Law Library.  Remember that the vast majority of books and journal articles will be available electronically only.
