Get to know your legal sources: 5.The Lawyer.com

It is worth you setting up an account and then checking in regularly on updates to the Lawyer.com website.  It is a helpful tool to introduce you to current topics of interest to the legal profession and can be a great help later in your studies when you start researching training schemes and career opportunities.

- News, Analysis and Opinion : You can search or browse for information

- Law Firms A-Z : The latest news, deals, analysis and rankings from top UK and European law firm, plus US law firms in London

- Jobs & Lawyer 2B : The Lawyer’s student publication, providing careers and interview advice, commercial awareness guides, as well as news about training and vacation schemes, pupillage, law schools and insight into the legal profession for anyone interested in a career in law.

- Commentary: opinions, podcasts and analysis from legal practitioners and researchers

- Horizon: Daily newsletter with data-rich, strategic insights

Registration

  • To gain access to all of the above you will simply need to create a FREE account with The Lawyer
  • You must use your @exeter.ac.uk email address to register
  • Use this link to register for your account https://www.thelawyer.com/registration/
  • Once you have registered you will need to validate your exeter email address through the link in your email.

Access

  • Once you have registered and validated your account you can use your account for access via the link below
  • If you forget your password, you can reset it via this link
