Accessing and Using Study Spaces

Information on study space arrangements currently in place to accommodate Covid-secure study

Computer Spaces

As there will continue to be online teaching as well as in person you will need access to a computer and the internet. Please bring your own computer (i.e. laptop) and ensure you have internet connectivity in your accommodation so that you can study remotely.

Study spaces which have power sockets are detailed in the booking system and you should bring your laptop or device with you if you wish to use a computer on campus.

There will be a very small number of computer study spaces on campus. There are far fewer than normal due to social distancing and to enable good cleaning practices, you can see these on the booking system.

We will make sure you have access to any specialist software you need for your studies virtually.

If bringing your own computer is financially difficult, you can apply for funds to buy computer equipment through the University's Success for All Fund. If you are Disabled and need help to buy specialist equipment, we may also be able to help. The fund will be open for applications later in August. Find out more www.exeter.ac.uk/financialhelp
