How to request an equipment loan
1. Identify the equipment you need on the sharepoint site
2. Email library@exeter.ac.uk to request a booking stating what you want to borrow and when you would like to collect it
Please allow 24 hours notice
3. Present your Unicard at the Forum library enquiry desk during staffed hours and ask to borrow your requested item(s)
Equipment can be collected during staffed hours (9.00 am - 6.00 pm weekdays, 10.00 am - 6.00 pm weekends) from the library enquiries desk, which is to the left as you enter through the gates at the Forum library.
Returning equipment
Please hand equipment directly back to library staff to return them. The Forum library enquiry desk should be staffed 9:00 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and 10.00 - 6.00 at weekends.
Please avoid using the dropbox wherever possible, as this helps reduce risk of damage.
Please do not attempt to return equipment through the returns machine.
