How to get extra help with your studies

Highlighting learning and study skills advice services

Exams and Revision

Different forms of assessment and exams are ways to double check and evaluate the learning process and your skills. By nature, they can be ways for learning to happen as well. If a course has certain aims to reach (Intended Learning Outcomes), exams and assessment (formative and summative) are ways to measure those ILOs. Check out the Revision & Exam LibGuide which has lots of tips and techniques for revising and preparing for exams.

We have a variety of guides covering different study and digital skills that can be found on the Study Skills Landing Page. They can help you sharpen your skills and get ready for your exams. You can also book appointments to meet with a study skills adviser and register for online study and digital skills workshops.
