Student Wellbeing & Welfare Services

Wellbeing and Welfare Services are here for you with 1-2-1 help, free advice, guidance and support:

If your mental or physical health or wellbeing is having an effect on your ability to study, or your studying is creating health problems for you, then our helpful and experienced Education Welfare Team are available to talk to you in a confidential and non-judgemental way about any issues you may need support with.

The Image of Forum Library Wellbeing and Leisure CollectionLibrary has specific Wellbeing and Leisure collections at the entrances to both the Forum and St Luke's Libraries; at Level 1 near the Student Helpdesk at Penryn Campus Library; and an online collection.

These collections include a selection of print books, e-books and audiobooks to help you understand and manage your health and wellbeing, and a number of fiction and non fiction titles that you can read for general relaxation, enjoyment and advice on everyday living.

Titles for the collection have been recommended by Wellbeing Services at the University, by the Reading Agency through the Reading Well, Books on Prescription scheme and also via personal recommendation of students and staff at the University.

You can help build the collection by making your own online recommendations for self help or fiction and leisure reading.
