  • Continue on PC: Use Mobile Apps to start work on mobile devices and continue on desktop. 
  • Phone link: Connect your phone to Windows for notifications and file sharing on mobile. 
  • Cross-device clipboard: Set up cross-device clipboard to enable you to copy on one device, paste on another. 
  • Mobile scanning to cloud: Scan documents with your phone directly to OneDrive using the OneDrive app. 
  • First day setup: When starting a new role, check which mobile apps your organisation recommends and set them up for mobile-desktop integration.

  • Download the Microsoft Office mobile apps and sign in with your university account. 
  • Use Microsoft Lens to scan handwritten notes and convert them to digital text.
