You can search for rules and procedure documents that relate to the operation of your chosen legal process as well as consult books and journal articles that offer commentary on how these courts / tribunals / processes operate.

You can use the search tips in the earlier part of the guide to search for materials relating to your chosen legal process / procedure.
You should scutinise the rules and procedures of your chosen legal process to analyse issues such as whether inequalities are built into the adminstration of the process, or whether issues of inequality are directly or indirectly introduced into or excluded from the process.
To aid your analysis you can search for commentary on aspects of inequality and justice. A few illustrative searches are shown below. You can create your own searches using the search tips in the earlier part of the guide to assist you. You can incorporate the specific inequalities and legal mechanism that are relevanr for your chosen project.
