UoE Induction
Effective induction is an important and a valuable part of ensuring real benefit to you, as a new member of staff and the University. It aims to assist you as a new member of staff to perform effectively in your job role and within your work environment as soon as possible.

Any new member of staff moving internally within the University is also expected to receive this induction
UoE Mandatory Training
Staff are required to undertake mandatory training to ensure that we not only comply with regulations and the law but also ensure that your knowledge, skills and understanding of these important areas are kept up to date, enabling you to work safely, effectively and confidently.
