If you're having difficulty accessing an e-book or cannot even log into it, please do take a look at our Electronic Resources Help LibGuide, where you can find solutions to most common e-resource access issues.
We're very lucky at Exeter to have access to such a broad and varied e-book collection, but we know we can always improve! Whether you are a student or staff member, please do get in touch with us if you have any queries, concerns or complaints about our e-book provision, or if there is any additional support or guidance we can offer.
Let us know how we can improve your experience of the e-book platforms, whether there are any particular platforms you really like or dislike, or if you think there is something missing. If you'd like to give feedback about a specific e-book, remember to let us know the title and publisher and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.
Using our online chat service is the quickest and easiest way to get help from library staff. Whenever you see the "Ask us" button on our webpages, a member of staff is available to help you.
Outside of Library opening hours staff from other University libraries may answer your chat (see opening hours for our libraries here), or you can contact staff by email at library@exeter.ac.uk and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Phil can support you to find and make better use of our e-book content, and read online in a more accessible way.
